Arloid is an AI solution that helps buildings to cut energy cost through automatic control of HVAC devices based on changing  environmental conditions and calculated comfort indexes in real-time. As a result, it leads to less energy consumption at an optimal level of comfort and significantly reduced environmental impact.

The algorithm extracts value from little changes to the HVAC infrastructure made regularly and automatically throughout the day, every day. It is designed to satisfy established comfort indexes in every zone of the building using the least energy-consuming HVAC settings.

To ensure high efficiency of AI work at a highly unpredictable environment, Arloid uses a unique machine learning approach called reinforcement learning, a proprietary AI training method and a building simulation process with the applied algorithm. Arloid utilises existing HVAC infrastructure of the building, which allows to both eliminate CAPEX from the building side, as well as ensure a fast and easy setup process.
