Virtual MoU Signing with Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University

On 29 September 2020, EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University at the 21st Singapore-Sichuan Trade and Investment Committee (SSTIC) Meeting. The MoU was signed virtually by Prof Chan Siew Hwa, Co-Director of Energy Research Institute @ NTU and Mr Liu Yi, Deputy Director of Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University. The objective of the MoU signing is to facilitate and promote collaboration in innovation and entrepreneurship between western Chinese cities and Singapore by providing opportunities for test-bedding and research projects in the Smart City, Mobility and Energy domains, market-entry programmes like incubator and accelerator programmes, and support for the development of the industrial innovation ecosystem.
