Corporate Startup Organizations are plentiful. They often have lofty ambitions, big mandates, and fuzzy objectives. Can they be more than just a PR and employer branding tool? Continental thinks so and since 2017 they have set up an organization called co-pace to drive impact with startups. In this talk, Konstantin (Incubation & Communications, co-pace) will share observations on the role of co-pace, bring a couple of examples of what Continental and co-pace have done, and conclude with 4 things such units need to be successful.
